Supervisory Board appoints Pachta-Reyhofen as Executive Board Spokesman of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG

Karl Gadesmann to be new Director Controlling

Today the Supervisory Board of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG appointed Dr.-Ing. Georg Pachta-Reyhofen (54) as the new Spokesman of the Executive Board and Labour Relations Director of the company. Dr. Pachta-Reyhofen is also Spokesman of the Executive Board of MAN SE. After studying mechanical engineering and obtaining his doctorate from the Technical University of Vienna, Dr. Georg Pachta-Reyhofen first became an employee of the MAN Group in 1986, when he joined the then ÖAF Gräf und Stift AG. As a board member of MAN Türkiye he was responsible for building up the coach plant in Ankara. He then became head of Engine Development at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG in Nuremberg. In 2001 Dr. Pachta-Reyhofen was appointed to the Executive Board of the MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Group as Director Engineering & Purchasing. From 1st July 2006 onwards he was a member of the Executive Board of MAN SE and Chairman of the Executive Board of MAN Diesel SE.

The Supervisory Board also appointed Karl Gadesmann (47) as new Director Controlling of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG. Gadesmann studied business economics in Bamberg and Göttingen and then occupied various positions at the auditors and business consultants PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in Hanover before taking charge of "External Reporting and Group Accounting" at Volkswagen AG in 2008.
